COVID-19

USPS is taking longer than usual to process and ship orders due to COVID-19, which is completely out of our control.

USPS First Class: 2 - 3 Weeks (may be longer, depending on USPS)
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 2 Weeks (may be longer, depending on USPS)

EXPECT SOME SHIPPING DELAYS

Some products are made specifically for you when you order, so it may take 7-12 days (not including holidays and weekends) for it to arrive. 

PRODUCTS MAY ARRIVE SEPARATELY 

Although all our products are designed in-house, they are manufactured in different locations. If you order more than one product, then they may arrive separately. 

RETURNS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Size exchanges are not refundable at the moment, Please see size chart in your desired product description before purchase.
